The Kingdom's 2030 vision reflects our present inspiration towards a future where economy is increasingly dependent on non-oil revenues as a part of the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in order to encourage trade, industry and agriculture. Undoubtedly, increasing the percentage of the business sector’s contribution in providing services and goods, and their success primarily require fair accurate appraisal of the properties leading to their fair circulation and exchange, free from disputes that hinder the economic activity. This underpins the importance of appraisal profession and the necessity to be based on accurate and scientific pillars supported by qualified and experienced teamwork. Further, expressing the state’s belief in the importance of the appraisal sector, the Kingdom, luckily, sought to regulate the said sector and established the Saudi Authority for Accredited Valuers (TAQEEM) by the virtue of the Royal Decree No. (M/43) dated (1433/7/9 A.H.) as an independent, legal, and non-profit entity. In addition, the Kingdom seeks to regulate and develop the appraisal profession, approve the qualified valuers and apply the international appraisal standards to raise the society awareness and educate its members about this profession. As a part of this positive approach, Raaz Real Estate Appraisal Company has been established to be a keystone in the Kingdom’s promising developmental rising. Accordingly, the company sought to attract qualified Saudis to be the pillar of the company's teamwork, ensuring its national duty performance in addition to its economic role. We beg the Almighty Allah to put us on the right path in order to fulfil our aspirations as a part of integrity, perfection and responsibility values, and to protect our State’s raising pioneer, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and his faithful Crown Prince
